I recharged my jio number with 349 rupees which include JioHotstar for one month, after that when I opened app it always show me black screen with only audio, no videos is available so I did complaint about this with JioHotstar team on X(twitter) now after more than one month they can’t solve anything and now my plan is getting expired so I can’t use the service they promised me for my recharge.
