Text of Complaint by Arzoo Sachdeva:

I requested for a jiofibre connection. Registration was done and payment was made on wednesday, September 30th, 2020. The technician was scheduled to visit the premises and setup a router on the same day at 11:00 AM. Today is October 4th and despite countless followups, multiple requests raised through customer care no action has been taken yet. The device is not setup, neither they connect to a senior person not the concern is taken seriously. The executives make false promises during such precedented times. I have wasted hours and so much energy trying to get the device installed, however, no router is installed yet at my place. I have suffered multiple issues and extreme mental pressure trying to get the internet activated but nobody seems to care once you have made the payment. I wish to file an official complaint and demand immediate and strict measures against the company.
