Hope you are doing well.
I choose the new connection of jiofibre on dated 31 january 2021 and i specially told agent (santosh) that i want the setup to be installed on 1 feburary 2021 by 12 pm and he assured that it would be setup by 12 PM. and till now dated 3 feburary 2021 its still not installed as i have to do the work of office and my salary is getting deducted because of it. When i codinated with the customer they used to say that we are working on the same concern. I am fed up with it. And still i cannot belive that they are lying and saying that it would be installed before 6 PM. Every now and then there is a excuse from them.
As i am getting harassed with such kind of behaviour and not getting the solution of it.
And still they are saying we need some more time my patience level is to high now and i want some serious resolution regarding it.
