I am relocating to a new place and I want my JioFibre to be relocated to my new place which is very near to my old house. I am continously calling Jio Service Centre but Jio’s executive (named Simran and Shimona) are very stuck at the point that due to technical issue this is not possible, they are not even transferring our call to their seniors. There is no solution to my problem but when I was initially going for JioFibre, the person who came to install Jio Fibre made fake promises that our device can be relocated since we asked this very clearly before installing Jio because we are already living in a rented house. We still have one month of recharge available. The only solution they are giving is to go for a new connection but why a customer would bear such costs when Jio actually promised that they will relocate this device. I want some resolution to my problem.
