I had requested to disconnect my JIO services on 25th Aug’20. I was informed that it takes approx 10 days for device pick up and then 15 days for security amount refund. Its almost 35 days and Jio team is not coming to pick up the devices and hence not starting the refund process. There are approx 4 Service Request generated along with 3 email reminders and 10 calls for follow ups. Jio seems to do this on purpose hence kindly suggest the best way to get my refund and compensation for this harassments for 35 days and still ongoing.
