I had asked for Jio connection from local provider of Kestopur Riju Karmakar(+919330904110) on 19th July, 2022. He completed all the prerequisites and I paid 3182.46. But they could not provide me the jiofibre connection because of some issue from their end and said he would cancel the request and my amount would be refunded within 3 days. But now, when I see the current status of this JioFibre request, I am seeing it is “on hold on customer’s request”. I never requested to put the order on hold. The issue was from their end and that is why they were not coming on tume.
This is very unprofessional and unethical from their end to put the order on hold when the fault was theirs. I have really started to doubt my decision to use Jio. If this does not get resolved and if I do not get my amount back then that would mean Jio is not trustworthy and takes their customers’ money unethically.
If this is the local provider’s fault, please take action as this is getting extremely irritating for a customer who has already paid so much amount.
