Opposite Party: Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (JioFiber Division)
I subscribed to JioFiber broadband services and made advance payment for the same.
• Along with me, a total of 16 customers in my locality have been deprived of services due to damaged infrastructure at the site.
• Despite repeated complaints, JioFiber has not repaired the infrastructure and there is no visibility or timeline for when the problem will be resolved.
• The damaged infrastructure continues to remain at the site, making it impossible for us to access the services we paid for.
• There has been no communication from JioFiber regarding resolution, refund, or compensation.
• When I contacted a senior local JioFiber representative, I was shockingly advised to “find a solution on my own,” which is both irresponsible and unacceptable.
• Despite clear evidence and repeated follow-ups, JioFiber has refused to process refunds for the affected customers, including myself
