Text of Complaint by Yash:

I had my Jiofibre set up previous year during lockdown which costed me ₹  4800which is way more than the actual price it should have been. I paid it because I was told If in future I need any kind of service like Wire cut, jointer etc problem, I will only get the service if I pay this extra amount. And from that day every month I had issues with this. Every month The wire gets cut from somewhere due toh natural forces wind, rain etc. Everytime I have to call individually 5-6 engineers to fix this because the comapny doesn’t pay heap to the Complaints generated in Myjio app. All the engineers directly say no. Then at last I have to call the engineer named Shubham who was responsible for the service as he has taken extra amount for that. He comes after 1-2 days, does the work in hurry and temporarily , we used to say him to do it in a manner but hi doesn’t care. Yesterday again my router was blinking red, I again compalint and generated the Sr no and the slot of engineer to come was between 11-12 am. Again as said no enginner didn’t even bothered to call. So I called Shubham again in the morning. This time he says “I am not going to provide any service in your Appartment from now. appKA NET CHALRA THIK HAI, NHI CHALRA app DEKH LIJYE APNA”. I mean seriously!! I have given him ₹200-300 in the initial time when initially the wire was cut. I didn’t knew it was free.  After that I didn’t gave any penny for this. All your engineers are so rude when the time comes to give service. Its been 48 hrs no one even bothered to call once. Just because airtel fibre hasn’t started yet in Dhanbad, jio is enjoying.
