Sir i have surrendered my jio fibre connection on 15/11/2022. For past 22 DAYS m, i have 4 pick up jio orders , but till now , no one has come. m waiting for visit.
Sir it’s kind of harassment after registering for 4 pick up orders , no one visited and on Saturdays and Sundays , my time is getting wasted for waiting for pick up,l.
I have to hold up my other important works for these pickups for past 22 DAYS .
I am really very harassed by this kind of service. Kindly register my complaint . My today pick up order no. Is CO0000R8DA0B, If my complaints not resolve in these two days , i m going for more agrresive complaint as I m really fed up . Register my compliant and ensure prompt action.
Have mailed more than 53 times I have to send the same mail as no actions have been taken by anyone till date .
I got installed with my Jio fiber connection and had a pathetic experience with the service .The very next day I requested for cancellation they terminated my services after 3 days but no one came till now for device pickup it’s been more than 22 days CR request id is already there and when we call for device pickup they say they won’t pick do whatever u want to do whenever I call or mail same answer they say that will get back to you this is seriously a scam where all are involved and they loot money .

Experience/Escalations I faced :
1. Bill generated has the wrong pincode in the address — Before taking this connection explicitly I told them that I need a proper address as I need to show this document in bank for my bank purpose .Despite that the bill they gave has the wrong address .
2.They charged 2824+(300 rs extra cash) but in the bill nothing is mentioned about that there were 2 people who came for installation before but suddenly 3 rd people came at last 5 mins — 3rd people did nothing and was simply standing and they asked to pay 300 extra but in the bill it’s not mentioned .
3.On calling and asking for the original bill they said they will come at eve and give but they didn’t turn up ever on calling again on the time they asked to call after sometime and on again following up they keep extending time and never came and finally they said they cant come .
4.While talking they were very rude and misbehaved with my wife on call which is not acceptable before taking money they were behaving well after receiving money their tone and behavior changed .
5.I observed I am in Koramangala location but they gave pincode as BTM seems like its a scam for his sale purpose he want to show he did in BTM thats my address has wrong Pin code because when he was filling form he gave 560034 but in bill its 560068 also mode of payment is paytm wallet but in bill its showing card

Note: Looks like its a big scam and all are involved where to showup sales from a store they will change pin code and generate bill and won’t give original bill and invoice also in my app when I click on my bill nothing shows up so requesting to take action or I should take strict action in social media and expose this wrong deed .Now the customer care called me and asked me Bank account to be updated where refund will be given what is the Guarantee that my account is safe after seeing such a big scam Will jio will be responsible if any bank account hack happens ?
