Text of Complaint by Krishna Kumar Gupta:

I paid for jiofibre connection on 7th October 2021. As per Jio installation was planned same day which dint happen. Next day again I got three msg saying it will be done Morning then afternoon then evening. Same happens till date. Also I get message saying the installation is on hold due to customer kept on hold. They are fooling around and making fun of people. Before connection representative use to call me every day twice when to do connection. And now he himself not answering my call.
