Text of Complaint by Shilpa Sarath:

I have canceled jio fiber connection in November, but nobody came for device pickup nor I have still not received the refund of 4500 rs. I have called and sent multiple emails to customer care, they have scheduled numerous appointments but no service engineers turned up for device up.
I have even sent a mail to Appellate Authority, but they redirected me to normal customer care citing less associates to resolve issues via email.
