I have taken the trail version of jiofiber plan and at the end of the month I have returned it as I have faced some issues with the connectivity like only for couple of devices it is getting connected with 5g wifi network for remaining it is connecting with 2g. At the time of connection they promised to return full refund amount i.e Rs.1500/- but now I am given with just Rs.500/-. I have returned the equipment in good working condition. I request you to please resolve this issue and make them to provide the remaining amount as well i.e. Rs.1000/-.
