Due to relocating to another place, I canceled jio fiber subscription. After canceling i raised requests for device pick up (literally raised more than 10 times). The technicians here not even contacting me and i am getting calls/msgs we are unable to pickup your device.I canceled on December 28th 2020, it’s been more than one month still i didn’t get any response.
