I have requested to cancel my Jio Fiber services since 24th June, 2021 Request ID – SR000015GYF1. Till now I haven’t received the CO number for the same. Calling customer care is wait of time. Each time they raise a new SR number and after 2 days it gets closed.
Subsequent SR’s are SR000015PU1V, SR000015T5OE, SR0000164UNE and SR00001682Y4
Pathetic customer service. It seems like you are deliberately delaying the whole matter.
This looks to be some calculated delay from your end to make sure the cutoff date is missed and we don’t get a refund for cancellation of services…
