In the month of Aug 23 I requested for cancellation of my prepaid jio fiber number linked with my mobile no 7838421988. On 2nd of sep23 your team collected the device from home and gave me assurance that payment will be paid in 14 days. However, it has been more than 20 days I am still reaching out to customer executive for the status update. Every time CC team saying that we have to raise a complaint but no Soluation afterwards as well. Also, CC executive are not trained enough to handle the customer and talk in very rude manner. Now I am not able to see my jii fiber number as well it has been removed from app
