Hi,

Since I was moving to a new location, I have raised a request for Jiofiber relocation on 9th June 2022 with an appointment fixed on 13th July 2022 but till now no engineer has come to complete the request. I have raised several appointments for the past two months and called customer care but still, the request is not completed.

When I call or email, they are repeating the same thing that engineer will come and ask me to provide the relocation address even though i have updated the address in their portal.

I have paid for 6 months till October 4th 2022. I have now lost two months of my paid connection and Jiofiber would’nt compensate me for the loss nor fix the issue
