Jiofiber doesn’t help relocate a connection, every time we try to upload the required docs, they reject it but don’t have any alternative or correction to the issue in spite of docs being genuine and correct as per their requirements. The customer has only one option, to terminate the existing connection and take a new one. For this, they deduct an amount of Rs 1000 from the first connection.
