Text of Complaint by Pankaj Kumar Singh:

I cancelled jiofiber connection within 30 days because even after 4 days of unavailable jiofiber engineers couldn’t resolve the issue. Finally after 15day from service cancellation request, device got picked up on 3rd April and since then I have been struggling to get a refund. I provided correct details to the engineer which he confirmed but after 30 days I didn’t got any refund, so I emailed them and provided my bank details which they acknowledged but still no refund. I tweeted and provided bank details there as well when they asked but they didn’t provided any refund. Please help
