I took the Jiofiber free trial pack for 30 days. According to the Scheme, there is a 30-day free trial (23 June 2021 to 23 July 2021) for which I paid 1500 rupees (1000 installation charges and 500 deposit). They said if I don’t want to continue the subscription I will get all my 1500/- back after submitting the router. They took my router on 27th July 2021 and told me that I will receive my refund within 14 days. But not receiving it even after 14 days, I asked the Jiofiber support team so they said it will take 21days to receive the refund from the time device is picked up. Now after completing those 21 days they are again asking me to wait for 14 days more. It’s been September month and still, they are not providing a refund which clearly shows their intentions of not giving my refund back. In this way, they are fooling me instead of giving me my money back. Need your help in this case.
