I have applied for JioFiber connection under some scheme of a trial offer for amount of Rs1500(Rs500-security deposit and Rs1000 installation charges). I cancelled my connection on 17 February 2022, and after repeated complaints and service requests raised to the customer care again and again, my device got picked up on 12 April 2022 after a long delay of 2 months. Under the trail offer as per scheme which I was to get the full refund(Rs1500). The boxes of fiber were picked up more than 60 days after repeated delay from there side. They have initiated Rs500 security deposit into my account via NEFT. I’ve called their customer care many times and they are saying only Rs500 security deposit will be refunded and not the installation charges because the device was picked up after 60days and there will no refund of that amount.Delay in device pickup was from there side and it is not even our fault and now they are putting this blame of delayed device pickup on our shoulders by not refund our amount. They are not providing a prompt solution for the issue. This is really a big disappointment that a company like Jio is making their consumers face problem like this. So, please look into this issue which I am facing and many others are also facing probably, which will be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
