Text of Complaint by Ritika:

I took a jiofiber connection with advance rental in May 2022, and due to relocation to a different state have to cancel the service in June 2022, on which the team assured me that my money will be refunded. Post that after a year in May 2023 device pickup was initiated and now the team is making excuses that there will be no refund.
