I made a payment of 1768.82 on 1st September 2022 towards my jiofiber connection. The amount has been debited from my account. When I raised an issue with my bank, they told me the amount has been credited to jiopostpaid@yesbank UPI ID. But the jiofiber cheats say they haven’t received any payment on the 1st September 2022. The best part is they deny that they have a yesbank account.
