Feeling very bad to share by expirence with jio fiber services.
I had new connection on 8 august 2024.
Feeling sad to says that my connection is not working from 2/9/24. I informed the person who came to sale the jio plan on same day. Against on next day i called him regarding my connection not working, at that he told me that i have to lodge a complaint on jio toll free number. So i lodge a complaint on 3/9/24 at 11am nearby. I received a message my complaint will be resolved with 24 hours. But still means on 4/9/24 now is 8pm my problem has not been solved.
Meanwhile today, means on 4/9/24 i got a call from ur technician at 2 pm that he reaching to my home within 1 hour. I waited at home from him. He didnt come. I called him after 3 hours at that time he told that he is not coming because the complaint is not alloted to him by his manager.
I got him manager contact number. I call manager twice but the was not picking up my call. It is really a irresponsible behaviour by a person whon is at manager level. I m calling the manager only because i m facing a problem and he is a person who can solve my problem. But he is really irresponsible person.
From last two days we are not able to watch tv or internet.
I m sharing the contact of that technician who call me and the contact of manager whom i called.

We are customer and we are mouth publictor of your product. A very bad image will goes in public about jio fiber because of your manager.
