Today 14-Nov-2021 I have requested to get Jiofiber connection via Jio online site. After request sent the service provider pradeep kumar (mobile #9344915310) called me and explained plan details and installation process. Once call end with pradeep kumar I received another call from Akbar (mobile# 086676 68697) he come and collected money RS.1500. I asked when installation will completed they said same day today you will get connection and activate everything before 6 PM today but they not done. I tried so many phone calls to pradeep kumar he not pick my call. Please take this my complaint and take actions.
