I am using jio fiber connection I shifted to new home with in 4 km radius and requested jio to relocate my net connection. By submitting documents with out informing the request was closed again I raised request after discussion with customer care again they cancelled. From last 6 days I am not having Internet in my home and it’s became headache to me daily I am calling them but not getting proper response. I cannot cancel my connection because I reacharged for one month
