Jiofiber not working since 31st July 2021. Got one service request ID – SR0000160PBS. Issue not yet resolved but still its stating its solved. Made another complaint, got another service request now – SR0000161Z31. Issue is not yet resolved.
Without internet from past four days. This is not what I paid for. To face such trauma from Jiofiber.
Customer care has some readymade answers like technical issue, complaints raised to higher officials, but no action being taken. No ownership of responsibility,
One person who installed jiofiber said any issue call me. After calling him he’s refusing to show up.
Outside the society their board says – This neighbourhood is future ready. If this is the future then sorry I don’t want it.
