I switched from other internet services to JIO FIBER considering its Brand image and quality assured by the JioTeam. It is all false and the JIO Sales team is cheating people. If there is any issue with your internet they have forced me to go for a new connection and cancel the first connection. I never got the full refund, I had paid for 6 months Plus 1 month free and also referral nothing was provided to me as per contract, in 1st month I had changed the 1st setup box and router. When I received my refund I was charged for 2 months which included my free offer and it was only 34 days and no taxes were refunded Some other Mungareram came and installed another setup box and router, This also starts giving problems, the third person comes and not the engineer for attending my complaint he suggest change the set. This the third Set of Router and setup box again the same issue. How can an company like JIO FIBER and the arm of Reliance not resolve small issues. It seems it’s their mode of operation by cheating people. I have lost almost 7 days without using the services and I have paid for the full month in advance. I need compensation for the losses incurred due to not providing services in time and depriving me of my rights as per contract.
Please refund my amount or provide my addition services by way of 3 moths free subscription at your cost.
