Text of Complaint by Vishnu Vardhan:

A jio agent named Behera has installed Prepaid Jiofiber in my home in chennai. After 3 months, he came back and said, “There is an offer, please take new connection, you will get two vouchers of free month usage”. I said okay and took it. He manipulated me into thinking its same prepaid offer, but he changed it to postpaid without my knowledge. He only used the app to login using my OTP, and gave me vouchers. When i was leaving chennai, i told him to disconnect the Jio. I gave the box and router to him, and left the city. 3 months later, i got calls from Jio company saying that i need to pay my bill for Jio. I told them its wrong bill i disconnected long ago, but they are not listening, as that agent is no longer working for them. For the past few months, i’m getting too many calls from different agents regarding the jio bill. One agent (8095922769) has called and threatened to beat me if i don’t pay the bill. That agent is chatting with me rudely, and offensively. I blocked that agent, and decided to post a complaint about the harassment.
