Dear Team,

Greetings for the day!

I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection has been interrupted for the last 5 days. I am facing trouble as I am doing work from Home Job and due to this issue I am not able to complete my work. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, but the issue is not resolved and an engineer visit has not happened yet.

I have called Jio care and reported the same issue multiple times and asked for the engineer’s visit, however no resolution yet and also I didn’t receive any resolution date or any satisfactory answer from them. They just assign engineer visits and time slots. but still no one is reaching out to me or visiting my premise yet. Instead, the Service engineer simply kept the service request on hold and provided comments as security didn’t give entry in the customer premise, however no one visited my premise yet, i have checked with security guard as well. They all are providing false remarks.

I am facing this issue for the third time in the last 4 months. This is very disappointing and I am very frustrated with this service.

I request you to look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Also i request you to take strict action on the engineer who has provided the false remark.
