My jiofiber is not working from 4th December I made a service request on december 4. The app told me that the service engineer will reach me on 8th December. Which was already too late but I accepted it. Then when he came to check he just checked the poll outside of my house and Said the main connection is cut so you won’t get internet. I asked him when will I get the connection back?. He told me the next day morning. I told ok. Then after number of calls and number of messages he told me that there is some other team which has to work on the main connection so that he can help me with the problem. I asked for the phone number of that team he told me they will be sent by the company from Mumbai so I don’t know the number. It’s my 8th day right now but still no one is here to help me very poor service by jio.
