Respected Sir/Madams,
My connection No. 9365643460 and +91-3613581542. Around 5 months back I took connection from JioFiber. Date of 21 Sep. 2021 around 9 am my area was blowing Strome wind . I saw after an one hour my Home Gateway is being Red Blinking son don’t have Internet .I informed through message, Facebook and email to Jiocompany about my concern. I enclosed here with some Screenshot of discussion and Service Request also created : SR000016RJLB . But till today JioFiber company is keeping pending this issue .Now we are out of Internet . How Jio company are giving problem to my all family member as well as my Govt. work also have been pending for without Internet, It is like unimagine.
