Internet not working since 5-6 days.dropped multiple emails to customer care, called multiple times but they are making us fool to wait 24 hours when we call. they even dont care to extend days for which they are delaying. Its a cheating and fraud. I have also received a message that services will not be available for next 3 days. On repeated complain, i receive a message that issue has been resolved but actually it hasnt been resolved.
Since money is prepaid, they will not provide any proper customer services
