Dear Sir,
I raised a request to disconnect my Jiofiber connection in January 2020 and my connection was disconnected but then even after several requests to collect the device and provide the security deposit of Rs 4500, the device was collected in September 2020.
Since then, the device picked up but the refund was never paid. I wrote several times to appellate authority and the Jiofiber customer care in spite of which I keep getting contradicting responses like sometimes they mention that I am not eligible for a refund but post me asking for clarification they start apologizing and say that you will need to wait for 7-14 days for which I wait and still my refund is not complete.
I have been following up for a very long time but my refund is not complete yet.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
