I installed jiofiber in my home and paid ₹1500 for that but due to returning college campus i applied for uninstallation of device within 30 days of installation but due to lockdown nobody came to pickup device and later on after 60 days they picked up device but i refunded with only ₹500 and ₹1000 was deducted for late device pickup.
Now what’s my fault If no one came to pick up device within 60 days and why should I pay ₹1000 for their delay. I paid ₹1500 while registration and only got ₹500
. If I applied for uninstallation within 30 days then I want full refund. ( According to jio rule if device is picked up before 60 days we get full refund)
