I had taken Reliance JioFiber connection on 11-May-2021 but I was constantly facing issues with the internet speed so I raised several complaints but they weren’t able to fix the issue. Finally I was fed up and requested them to disconnect the service on 17-June-2022 but they haven’t done that. I raised several complaints but no one has turned up to disconnect the connection and pickup the device. They are doing this so that they don’t have to refund the amount that I deposited while taking a new connection. The deposit amount paid was Rs1500. If they disconnect the service they will have to refund the amount hence they are not doing so. They have even stopped replying to my emails.
