I have been trying to cancel my JioFiber connection as my new location doesn’t have jio connectivity and hence I had to take another connection. Since I am not using it, I want my deposit amount back by returning the set-up box. But they are all just transferring the call to each other and there’s no way to raise a cancellation request on MyJio app. Pathetic customer care service and useless information on website. Websites are not even updated with the correct department’s numbers. I am fed up but won’t leave my money.
