At being I paid 2700 for new device.And at the time of cancellation, a customer care executive assured me of a refund, Now, they deny without any valid reason.
At the time of providing new connection they assured me of refund in case of connection cancellation,they assured of refund and even they asked me to pay for 5 month rental plan I paid that amont also,and when I have surrendered the connection at that even engineer gave Assurance of refund but haven’t received any refund.
