Hi well I had taken a connection with jiofiber and it’s been almost a year but since August 2022 Jiofiber has been given me terrible services, no matter multiple times they have changed the wifi router no one seems to understand where is the error that’s frequently disconnecting and reconnecting of the internet. No one wants to help just apologise and blame it on the customers that don’t use the 5gz speed but use 2.4gz speed am paying 1800 rupees monthly for good services but no one seems to help but looks at customers as an investment.
