Jiofiber care has reached the next level of harassment, I have been registering complaints regularly since last week and even my concern is pending for the last 2 months

I got my connection migrated from prepaid to postpaid but the voucher issued for the same got expired and wasn’t adjusted in any of the bills

For the last 2 months, I was informed that now it will be adjusted in upcoming bills and that was also not done. This month I registered a complaint to issue me a voucher so that I have assured that I will get the amount adjusted but now the same loop continues complaint after complaint but no resolution.

Every time I call them they first try to justify that amount was already adjusted but after struggling they get convinced that the amount wasn’t adjusted.I have been doing the same since last 2 months
