I’ve cancelled my jiofiber connection on the next day of taking it and it was well returned to the service engineer 6 days later as scheduled by the company. The whole procedure has been within the 30 days cancellation period and I was supposed to get my refund within 14 working days of return that was 24/7/2021 while it has been 22 days and still not a single penny has been refunded to my account apart from that when I’m calling the customer care they’re behaving extremely rude and saying we can not give any date on which the money will refunded. This 30 day free trial policy is a scam by Jio.
