From the day (7.11.20) of installation, it was not working and the third day (9.11.20) I have requested for cancellation. But no one has come for picking the deveice neither i received an call. My security deposit of Rs. 1500 is with Jio. So it is cheating without offering any service, my money is with them for long time.
