Text of Complaint by Manoj G:

I have purchased Jiofi JMR540 (order no. JEF17353278) from jio website & it was delivered to me on 2nd July 2020. The device is available along with complimentary data & free calling upto 5months. So after the arrival of device, as per the instructions of jio website & mail sent by them I visited nearest jio store to collect my new jio sim (with the complimentary benefits) but the jio store representative told me that he is not able to activate the sim for this scheme. So I visited 3 more Jio stores in Nasik & got the same reply from that stores as well.

I have registered the complaint by calling on their customer care on 3rd july 2020 & also communicated the problem by email but till haven’t got any result. Every time I called to customer care I got the same answer that their team is working to solve the issue & they will contact me soon.

Now I tired of calling to customer care.
