Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform that I, Shubham Agrawal, Resident of Mahesh Pharma, Pandey Bazar, Bansi Road, Basti -U.P. – 272001,  am a Customer of Jiofi which I bought for 2000/- Bucks Around a Year ago which  has info as given Below:

JIO NO. USED: 8787283144
Now, this Jiofi does not work when I need it, works slow at times, sometimes does not – I went to the nearest Service Centre at basti-U.P. where I met Mr. Yogendra Upadhyay- A Jio Employee,  who does not care about any customer satisfaction tells me that the mother board of the device need to be replaced and it will cost you 615 bucks or you can buy a new one which will cost you 999 bucks.
I have bought a branded  product expecting that this would not give me such issues and problems and if it does the company would take care of such issues.
This is not my fault that the motherboard crashed or it needs to be replaced, The Company should not have purchased or made such low quality motherboard to begin with.
I am unsatisfied and I have no other option other than to replace it with some other network.
Hope Jio could resolve my problem.
