JIO IS TAKING ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for a faulty product and it has stopped the production of this item as well. I have paid Rs. 2500/- for the JioExtender Wi-Fi Mesh but this product does not have a refund policy and I bought this item only 2 weeks ago. I bought this item based on a advice given to me buy a Jio Representative on a call. He told me to buy the Jio and not any other product. I have had issues with it and have been trying to contact Jio but the call centre reps have just been disconnecting my call or transferring it. Nobody seems to be taking responsibility for this faulty product. I have called JioCare multiple times and an Engineer was sent and THEY TOLD ME IT CANNOT BE FIXED. This product does not work and yet I was sold this product under FALSE PRETENSES. I lost 2500 rupees and that’s not a small amount. Im unsure what step to take to get my money back.
