I was yearly subscription member of Voot Select. Then we come to know that all Voot contents will be moved to JioCinema and our subscription will also be moved.
Now there are 2 problems:
1. Jiocinema continues to show innumerable ads even with the subscription. People buy subscription to any OTT platform to avoid ad.
2. Jiocinema infrastructure is not capable enough to handle userload. This can be easily be seen if we try to watch some latest episodes of running TV show/webseries.
Because of these issues, I want to know who will pay me refund of my Voot Select yearly subscription?
