Text of Complaint by Abhilasha BC:

I began using JioAir Fiber service on December 16th, 2023. Shortly after, they demanded an additional payment of Rs. 4240, covering the next six months, claiming it was mandatory according to their service agent. After paying, everything seemed fine. However, due to work commitments within the same city, I needed to relocate.

Upon checking the MyJio app, I found that JioAir Fiber service was available at my new location. I reached out to local dealers who had installed JioAir Fiber, but received no response. Despite numerous follow-ups, contacting customer care yielded no results.

After connecting with multiple customer care agents from JioAir Fiber, it was confirmed that relocation services were not available, and no refund would be issued, citing company guidelines. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience as internet service is essential for my daily work.

In summary, JioAir Fiber appears to be exploiting customers with additional charges and refusing to facilitate relocations, despite their service being available in the new location.
