JioAirFiber not working red light blinking for last 3 day , Raised complain SR00002DLMGA on 3rd JUNE 9:30 PM . Already 48 hour gone no support is providend.
Called Multiple times on customer care, Agent was giving surety the technician will reach in sometime.
On the complaint day the technician visit was scheduled 04 June evening 5PM to 6 PM but not reached .Called customer care he given surety for 05 June morning .

Now the technician called me told he can come today evening , but the scheduled showing 07 June evening 5PM to 6 PM .
Not getting proper support for internet issue from last 3 days , Service people are not taking the -problem as serious .
