I have raised a network connectivity issue which I’m facing while using jio airfiber. I complained on 20-Jan-25 but there’s no solution yet. Multiple service requests have been raised but no one is even replying over the email. Every time customer care is raising new service request, may to hide previously raised requests. A few handy service request numbers are SR000027VUM8, SR000027SBZ0 and SR000027I62Q. There are many other SR numbers but no one is taking action from jio. I have written more than 10 emails, everytime they are replying it has been esclated to higer level but no results even after one month. I’m losing 1k + money every month and this is creating issue in my work.
