I have already paid all pending bills and already informed customer care, that disconnect of my connection.
Services suspended however, every month I am getting mail and calls for due bills.
When I was talking with a customer service representative, they informed me that it is an advance rental bill.
I have already changed my house, and have not used this service for the last 3 months. Hence request you either shift this connection on my new address or kindly disconnect and stopped to unnecessary daily calls and mail.
