Dear Sir/Madam
I ordered my Jio airfiber connection on 16th may 2024 and paid Rs 1000 and scheduled installation on 22nd may 2024, But the order is kept on hold in their website without any reason and when i tried to contact Jio customer care , they told the order will be automatically cancelled within 15 day from the date of Hold, today is 11th June 2024 (~20 DAYS SINCE IT WAS KEPT ON HOLD) still the order is not cancelled and i didn’t got any refund, i have contacted by mail, twitter, Linkedin, mobile etc.. but no result. Every time when i send a mail ,a new person will reply and i have to go through all the history and they will reply the same (copy pasting the previous mail).
